1. Return Window
- We offer a 15-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
- Return requests submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all tags, labels, and accessories
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by us
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval, or the return may be rejected.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Cilot covers shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
6. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return:
- Items are inspected within 2–5 business days
- You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected
7. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, including any shipping fees
9. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- If you want a different size or style, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order
