1. Return Window

  • We offer a 15-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
  • Return requests submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by us
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards

⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval, or the return may be rejected.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Cilot covers shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

6. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return:

  • Items are inspected within 2–5 business days
  • You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected

7. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will provide:
