- After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled
- Orders that have been shipped or dispatched
- Requests made after the 24-hour window
If your order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Late Cancellation Requests
If your order has already been processed or shipped:
- Cancellation is not possible
- You may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered
6. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Cilot reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Payment verification issues
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Stock unavailability
In these cases, a full refund will be issued.
